Release Notes - Mar and April 2026

New Features

More Complete Invoice Workflows

Invoice workflows moved significantly closer to end-to-end readiness. Teams can now preview invoices as PDFs, add custom line items, allocate costs more clearly, and finalize with improved validation and billing status visibility.

These updates reduce manual reconciliation and bring more confidence to billing workflows.

Fuel Management & Cost Visibility

A new fuel management dashboard and improved fuel cost tracking (including FIFO handling and fuel-rate snapshotting) provide clearer insight into operational costs.

This helps teams better align operational activity with downstream financial reporting.

Enhanced Voyage Planning Experience

Voyage planning is now faster and more flexible. Users can create ships and carriers directly within planning workflows, access planning tools from more areas of the platform, and benefit from improved assignment and calendar experiences.

Improved Event & Deck Log Capabilities

Operations logging became more actionable with expanded event handling, improved grouping and attribution, and configurable reminders for required deck-log entries.

PDF event-log sharing also makes it easier to distribute operational updates across teams.

Operational Improvements

Stronger Contract, Pricing & Billing Controls

Tariff and pricing workflows were streamlined with better product selection, improved search, and safeguards like blocking invalid rate uploads.

Costing logic now more consistently applies contract rules (including minimum charges and preferred rates), improving billing accuracy.

Improved Data Quality & Validation

New safeguards prevent invalid event times, reduce low-quality asset imports, and improve location matching and suggestions.

These changes reduce operational errors and improve the reliability of day-to-day data entry.

More Accurate Voyage & Event Tracking

Voyage creation and completion logic was refined for edge cases, with richer tracking of dock, transit, and processed events.

This leads to better downstream cost accuracy and operational reporting.

Expanded Asset & Operational Detail Capture

Additional vessel and voyage data points—such as draft, freeboard, and temperature—are now captured more consistently and surfaced across workflows.

Bug Fixes & Reliability Upgrades

Platform Stability & Performance

Background processing now auto-retries transient failures, and system limits have been tuned to improve stability under load.

Caching, query performance, and database handling were also improved to support high-traffic operational workflows.

Workflow & Edge Case Fixes

Resolved issues across voyage planning, route editing, quantity syncing, and product display.

These fixes reduce friction in everyday operations and prevent data inconsistencies.

Billing & Integration Reliability

Stronger voyage-to-invoice linking, improved billing data handling, and safeguards against unintended billing behavior increase overall financial system reliability.
