New Features

Send Voyage Orders to Vessels

  • Voyage orders can now be sent directly to specific vessels. When using a vessel-enabled template, the voyage order form displays a vessel selector so you can target the right recipient — and orders are now tracked for better visibility into when they were created and who they were sent to.

Deck Log Dark Mode

The Deck Log now supports dark mode, providing a more comfortable viewing experience in low-light environments.

BOL Report from Voyage Events

New template variables are available for voyage order emails, allowing reported load and discharge milestone events (start/end times) to be included in Bill of Lading exports. The Add Event form now also pre-selects the voyage's barge asset automatically for convenience.

Tows Calendar Filters

The Tows calendar view now includes filters for carrier, customer, and contract type, making it easier to slice and focus on the contracts you care about. Your active tab and filter selections are saved across page refreshes.

Rate Card on Voyage Overview

The voyage overview screen now displays the charter rate and COA rate applied to a voyage, so you can quickly confirm which rates are in effect without navigating away.

Tariff Escalation

There is now an interface to do periodic affreightment tariff rate escalation. The escalation formula is stored on the contract, then you provide the input variables to escalate.

Product Quantity Display on Voyage Dashboard

Product quantities on the voyage dashboard now display with their units shown inline (e.g., "500 MT") rather than quantities and units appearing in separate sections. This makes cargo information easier to read at a glance.

Product Unit Conversion

Liquid product quantities can now be converted between barrels and tons for products with known densities.

Demurrage Improvements

  • Demurrage calculations now use the COA/towing tariff rate and free days when one is applied to a voyage.
  • The default free-day terms have been updated to SHINC (Sundays and Holidays Included), which better reflects the most common real-world usage.
  • The demurrage screen now shows **Total Elapsed** time alongside Total Applied time, making it easier to understand the full duration on demurrage.

Mile Markers Now Display Reliably on Plan Voyage Map

Mile markers on the voyage planning map were previously inconsistent — they now load reliably every time.

Bug Fixes

Plan Voyage Submission Fix

Fixed a bug that caused voyage planning to fail when a linehaul leg had no matching tariff rate applied.

Email Table Formatting

Tables in generated voyage order emails now render correctly with consistent formatting, matching what is shown in the template editor.

Member List Now Loads All Members

Fixed an issue where the member list in user and group management was not showing all available members.

Outcharter Form Performance

The Outcharter form loads noticeably faster than before.
