**Enhancements Summary**

- **Smarter Billing & Invoice Management:** Expanded invoice tracking, review, document handling, and billing calculations with better invoice history, attachments, improved cost accuracy, and enhanced demurrage support.
  
   
- **Greater Voyage & Fleet Visibility:** Added richer voyage details, expanded Fleet Management capabilities, improved ETA explainability, enhanced dashboards, and stronger operational context across planning workflows.
- **Improved Planning & Recommendations:** Enhanced voyage recommendations, planning flexibility, equipment selection, and cost estimation to help teams make better operational decisions.
- **More Reliable Operational Workflows:** Expanded Deck Log functionality, improved event handling, strengthened email and file ingestion, and improved offline synchronization.

## **New Features**

### **Expanded Invoice Management & Delivery  **

Invoice workflows continue to mature with new capabilities that improve both billing operations and customer communications.

New enhancements include:

- Automatic tracking of invoice send history and sent timestamps
- Finalized invoice dates reflected on invoice documents
- Support for invoice attachments and supporting documentation
- PDF invoice packages that include attachments
- Easier invoice sorting, filtering, and list management
- Ability to resend or void invoices
- Improved outbound email recipient handling for complex billing scenarios

These updates provide finance teams with greater visibility throughout the invoicing lifecycle while reducing manual administrative effort.

### Fleet Management Workplace

Fleet Management has evolved beyond fuel management into a broader operational workspace.

New capabilities include:

- Dedicated fleet landing pages and asset summaries
- Improved fleet search and navigation
- Custom inventory filtering
- Faster bulk setup for cleaning rules

These enhancements make it easier to organize, locate, and manage operational assets from a centralized experience.

### Richer Voyage Visibility

Voyage views now provide significantly more operational context.

Users can now:

- Switch between voyage assets
- Compare requested versus loaded quantities
- View draft and temperature information
- See vessel locations directly on voyage maps
- Display alternate reference numbers for voyages and signals

These improvements give dispatchers and operators more actionable information without navigating between multiple screens.

Enhancements include:

- Additional voyage types created directly from signal workflows
- Improved equipment recommendations when cargo changes
- Better handling of boat swaps
- Recommendation logic that excludes assets arriving too late
- Improved ETA calculations that avoid double-counting delays
- More resilient lock queue information
- Better towing rate calculations based on equipment and contract capacity

- ETA explainability showing why predicted arrival times change
- Visibility into both carrier and system ETA updates

### Stronger Deck Log & Event Management

- More reliable offline synchronization
- Easier editing of optional notes and text fields

Additional improvements ensure voyage status, event sequencing, and signal imports remain synchronized throughout operational workflows.

 

### More Accurate Cost, Fuel & Demurrage Processing

Cost management received another significant round of enhancements.

- Faster demurrage calculations through precomputed processing
- User control over which reported events count toward demurrage
- Demurrage included in voyage cost breakdowns
- Expanded support for special demurrage adjustments
- Better preservation of historical rates and voyage costs
- Improved fuel transfer pricing and historical correction workflows
- More consistent handling of completed voyage costs

These enhancements continue improving financial accuracy across voyage planning, operations, and invoicing.

 

## **Bug Fixes & Reliability Upgrades**

- General CSV attachments now use a shared processing framework
- Structured spreadsheet imports support more layouts
